Li Milan’s passion for ALL things creative brought her
from the shadows of "No Can Do" to the arena of "Yes I
Can!" With no formal training in Music, in 2009, Li
Milan's ear for music landed her in the Music Industry
as a Talent Manager. During the next 10 years, her
Creative Light Bulb began to flicker.
What Happened Next?
She went from managing music to writing video
treatment for local artists. Director Rock Davis, who
is well known for directing commercials, featured
films and offering his creative vision as the director
of photography on various projects for the industry
elite, once asked,
"Who taught you how to write treatment that way?"
Taken back and discouraged, little did Li Milan know,
the question was a compliment and the moment her path
as a Visionary began.
The Rise Of LI
In the the Summer of 2015, R. Marcos Taylor took a
chance on Li Milan as the Publicist of record for his
debut as Suge Knight in Straight Outta Compton. From
there, NASCAR, Beauty, Music and Television clients
followed. Li Milan is due to release her highly
anticipated 365 Day Daily Affirmation, entitled
"Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow"
She is also the Creator and Founder of the
"TwoZero17"
Mental Health Campaign, which highlights the need for
resources in the African American communities. With
(2) television shows slated for late 2026, Li Milan
strives to be the example of Living on purpose.
